A profile photo is important because it helps to create a visual identity and establish a sense of personal connection within a digital community. It allows other members to recognize and remember you more easily, adds a human touch to your profile, and helps build trust and credibility.

To add or edit your Social profile photo

1. Sign into your MyMahotsav account (https://mymahotsav.com/).You'll be navigated directly to your Social dashboard.
2. You can access your profile by:
   • Option 1: You can open your profile page by clicking on your Username or Profile Photo anywhere on any page of MyMahotsav.  
   • Option 2:  From the profile dropdown menu, click on your username. 
3.  This will take you to your Profile page.                                                                                                                                        
4. To add or update your profile picture simply hover over your current picture and click on the camera icon.  
5. You have multiple options to add a Profile photo:
   • Drop the image into the designated box. After uploading the image, you have the option to crop it according to your preference. Once you've done cropping, click on crop photo and the photo will get uploaded.  
   • Click Select your file to browse and choose an image from your computer folders After uploading the image, you have the option to crop it according to your preference. Once you've done cropping, click on crop photo and the photo will get uploaded.  
   • Click on Take photo to capture a picture using your laptop or webcam. Note: You are required to give permission to aerialbuz.com to access your webcam. You can position yourself within the square box and then click on "Capture" to capture that particular pose. Once you are content with the picture click on Save.  
6. Your profile photo will now be updated.
7. If you want to just delete your profile photo, click on Delete. 
8. Click on Delete My Profile Photo.

Alternatively, you can directly access changing your profile picture by:

1. From the profile dropdown menu, click on Profile > Profile Photo.  
2. Here you can upload or take a photo. Follow the steps from Step 5 of "To add or edit your Social profile photo".

To add or edit your Cover photo

1. Sign into your MyMahotsav account (https://mymahotsav.com/).You'll be navigated directly to your Social dashboard.
2. You can access your profile by:
   • You can open your profile page by clicking on your Username anywhere on any page of MyMahotsav.
      
     
   •  From the profile dropdown menu, click on your username.
      
3.  This will take you to your Profile page.    
    
4. Hover over your cover photo and click on the camera icon.  
5. You can upload the cover photo by either dragging or dropping the imagine in the designated box or click on Select File to choose a file from your PC.  
6. You can reset to default MyMahotsav cover photo by clicking on Delete My cover photo.   
7. To adjust your cover photo, you can hover over it and click the multidirectional arrow. This will allow you to reposition the image.  
8. Just drag it to the position you want and then click on Save Changes. 
   

Alternatively you can directly access changing your profile picture by:

1. From the profile dropdown menu, click on Profile > Cover Photo.  
2. Here you can upload your photo and follow from Step 5 of "To Upload Cover photo".
