How to enable/ disable support button on your store?

You may want to enable or disable the support option due to limited resources or temporary unavailability. On MyMahotsav we have the option to do the same so that you are not overloaded with support tickets.


To enable or disable support button:

  1. Sign into your MyMahotsav account (https://mymahotsav.com/). You'll be navigated directly to your Social dashboard. 
  2. Access your Vendor dashboard from:
    • Option 1: On the member dashboard's 3rd row, click on Vendor Dashboard.
    • Option 2: The profile dropdown menu, select My Marketplace Vendor Dashboard. 

       

    • Option 3: On Left hand side of the page, from the slider panel, click on the arrow near My Marketplace and then click on Vendor Dashboard
  3. Scroll down and select Settings > Store 
  4. Scroll down to the end. Near Enable support you will have two options. You can enable the support button to show up on the store and on your product page by checking on the boxes. To disable, simply uncheck the boxes.   
  5. If you tick the boxes, you have the option to edit the support button text. 
  6. If you check both the boxes, the support button will be visible for customers to view on the store profile page on the vendor directory and also for each of your products.
  7. On the store's page, you will find the support button below the profile photo and store details.  
  8. For the products page, you need to scroll down to product description and then click on Vendor Info. This will let you access the support button.
