The Knowledge Portal is a collection of curated articles where you can get self-service and solutions to most of the questions. It has several support articles on various features of MyMahotsav.
Note: if at any time you want to return to the main website from the support portal, you can click on the logo on the top-left corner or visit: (https://mymahotsav.com/)
Step 1: Visit the Website
- Open the MyMahotsav website.
- On the navigation pane, click on Help > Solution portal.
- You'll be redirected to the landing page of the MyMahotsav Support portal.
Step 2: Use the Search box
- If you click on the Search Box, it will suggest you popular articles and your recent searches.
Step 3: Use the Ajax search function
- If the article you want is not appearing in the suggested articles, you can type keywords or your question. As you start typing the keywords, the powerful Ajax-based search will recommend articles that match your keyword.
If you cannot search for the article you want, you can always use our Chat channel on the lower right corner of the webpage to get support from our agents.
