How to create a Support account for MyMahotsav?

If you encounter any issues while using MyMahotsav, you can create tickets by accessing our dedicated support portal.

To create a Support account:

1. Go to https://mymahotsav.com/. 
2. Select on Help > Support Portal from the navigation bar.                                                                                      
3. The support portal page will open. Click on Sign up on the top right-hand side of the homepage.                                                                                                   
4. Enter your Full name, Email and Mobile number. Click on register. 
5. You'll receive an email on your registered email address.
6. Click on the provided link to gain access to the support portal and start utilizing its features and resources.
7. Now using the credentials, you can login to the support portal by clicking on Login.
