How to send a query or contact a vendor?

You might contact a vendor for product inquiries, purchasing, customer support, feedback, or general information related to their products or services. 

On MyMahotsav you can contact the vendor by:

1. Sign into your MyMahotsav account (https://mymahotsav.com/).You'll be navigated directly to your Social dashboard. 
2. From the navigation pane, select Marketplace > Awesome Vendors.
      
3. Here you can see all the Vendors of MyMahotsav.                                                                                                                                                    
4. Search for the Vendor you want to raise a ticket for and then click on the vendor's name to open their profile.
5. Scroll down the vendor's profile and on the left-hand side of the page. Here you can find the Contact Vendor option. Your email address and name will be entered there by default. Just enter your message and click on Send Message.
