Viewing and managing event attendees is essential for several reasons, including tracking attendance and personalizing the event experience.
To view and manage attendees:
- Sign into your MyMahotsav account (https://mymahotsav.com/).
- There are three ways to access the events you're hosting:
- Option 1: Click on My Events on the Member Dashboard.
- Option 2: From the profile dropdown menu, select My Events > Events I am Hosting.
- Option 3: On the left-hand side of the webpage, scroll down the list and select My Events > Events I am Hosting.
- Option 1: Click on My Events on the Member Dashboard.
- Click on Attendees under the event's name.
- Here you can see all the people who have bought tickets for this particular event.
- You can choose to check in, delete and download the PDF ticket of a particular person if required.
- To check in, delete, or uncheck in attendees, just choose the action you want to do in bulk from the list. Then, click on the checkboxes next to their names to select multiple attendees. If you want to select all attendees together, click on the checkbox next to Tickets. Once you have completed the selection, click on Apply next to the list.
- If you want the attendees list, you have three ways of getting it.
- Method 1: Click on Print to print the webpage.
- Method 2: Click on Export to get the attendee list in .CSV file format.
- Method 3: Click on E-Mail to send to any member or email address.
