Where do I get a copy of my ticket ?

When you attend an event hosted on MyMahotsav, a PDF copy of the ticket will be promptly sent to your registered email address. In case you misplace your tickets, you can conveniently download a PDF copy of your invoice by logging in to your MyMahotsav account.

Note: Tickets for events which have been imported into the MyMahotsav's events page will not appear in the page you follow the below steps. You need to go to the events official website and register there and check if the events page has the option to download your tickets.

To get a copy of your ticket:

1. Sign into your MyMahotsav account (https://mymahotsav.com/).
2. There are three ways to access the feed or your timeline where you can post:
   • Option 1: On the left-hand side of the webpage, click on the arrow next to My Events and then select Events I am going. 
   • Option 2: From the profile dropdown menu, select My Events > Events I am going. 
3. You can see all the events you are attending. Note that only events posted on MyMahotsav site and not the imported events. Click on View Tickets. 
4. Next to the attendee's name, or if you haven't entered those details, next to Attendee 1, 2, and so forth, simply click on PDF Ticket.

    

5. It'll open your ticket in PDF format in a new tab. You can download the ticket from there.
