If you have a collection of photos or videos posted on the MyMahotsav community site, you can organize and categorize them into albums.

Organizing Photos:

Moving already uploaded photos into an Album:

1. Sign into your MyMahotsav account (https://mymahotsav.com/).
   
2. You can access your photos page by: 
   • Option 1: From your profile dropdown menu, select My Uploaded Media > My Photo.                                                                                      
   • Option 2: On your social dashboard, click on My Photos.   
   • Option 3: On the left-hand side of the webpage, click on the arrow mark near Photo and click on My Photos. 
3. Scroll down and choose the photo you want to move.
4. Hover over the photo and click on the Three Dots > Move.                                                                                                     
5. You can choose to move it to an already existing album, or you can choose to create one by clicking on Create New Album.  
6. If you want to move it into an already existing album, select the album and click on Move.  
7. If you want to move it into a new album, click on Create New Album and enter the album title and choose Privacy settings and then click on Create.    
8. It'll automatically choose the album you created. Click on Move.

Adding Photos into an Album when uploading a photo from your PC:

1. Sign into your MyMahotsav account (https://mymahotsav.com/).
   
2. You can access your photos page by: 
   • Option 1: From your profile dropdown menu, select My Uploaded Media > My Photo.                                                                                      
   • Option 2: On your social dashboard, click on My Photos.  
   • Option 3: On the left-hand side of the webpage, click on the arrow mark near Photo and click on My Photos. 
   
   
3. This will take you to your photos page. Click on Add Photos. 
4. Upload a photo by clicking on Upload photo or drag and drop the image in the box.  
5. Once the photo has been loaded. You have the option to add more photos. Once you've done adding all the photos, click Select Album. 
6. You can choose to move it to an already existing album, or you can choose to create one by clicking on Create New Album.  
7. If you want to move it into an already existing album, select the album and click on Done. 
8. If you want to move it into a new album, click on Create New Album and enter the album title and choose Privacy settings and then click on Create.  
9. It'll automatically choose the album you created. Click on Move.

Adding photos into a specific album

1. Sign in to your AerialBuz account (https://aerialbuz.com/). You'll be navigated directly to your Social dashboard. 
2. You can access your Albums page by: 
   • Option 1: From your profile dropdown menu, select My Uploaded Media > My Albums.                                                                                      
   • Option 2: On the left-hand side of the webpage, click on the arrow mark near Photo and click on My Albums.   
3. Click on the album you want.   
4. Click on Add Photos.  
5. Upload a photo by clicking on the camera and selecting the file or my dragging and dropping the image in the box. 
6. Once you have uploaded, click on Done. It'll add the photo to the album you chose. 

Organizing Videos:

Moving already uploaded videos into an Album:

1. Sign in to your AerialBuz account (https://aerialbuz.com/). You'll be navigated directly to your Social dashboard. 
2. You can access your Videos page by: 
   • Option 1: From your profile dropdown menu, select My Uploaded Media > My Videos.                                                                                      
   • Option 2: On your social dashboard, click on My Videos. 
   • Option 3: On the left-hand side of the webpage, click on the arrow mark near Videos and click on My Videos.  
3. Scroll down and choose the video you want to move.
4. Hover over the video and click on the Three Dots > Move.                                                                                
5. You can choose to move it to an already existing album, or you can choose to create one by clicking on Create New Album.   
6. If you want to move it into an already existing album, select the album and click on Move.   
7. If you want to move it into a new album, click on Create New Album and enter the album title and choose Privacy settings and then click on Create.
    
8. It'll automatically choose the album you've created. Click on Done. 

Adding a video into an album when uploading a video from your PC:

1. Sign in to your AerialBuz account (https://aerialbuz.com/). You'll be navigated directly to your Social dashboard. 
2. You can access your Videos page by:  
   • Option 1: From your profile dropdown menu, select My Uploaded Media > My Videos.                                                                                      
   • Option 2: On your social dashboard, click on My Videos. 
   • Option 3: On the left-hand side of the webpage, click on the arrow mark near Videos and click on My Videos.  
3. This will take you to your videos page. Click on Add Videos.   
4. Upload a photo by clicking on Upload video or drag and drop the video in the box.   
5. Once the video has been uploaded, you can select an existing album you want to move the photo to, or you can create a new album.   
6. If you want to move it into an already existing album, click on Select Album. Select the album and click on Done.  
7. If you want to move it into a new album, click on Create New Album. 
8.  Enter the album title and choose Privacy settings and then click on Create. 

Adding a video directly into a specific album

1. Sign in to your AerialBuz account (https://aerialbuz.com/). You'll be navigated directly to your Social dashboard. 
2. You can access your Albums page by: 
   • Option 1: From your profile dropdown menu, select My Uploaded Media > My Albums.                                                                                      
   • Option 2: On the left-hand side of the webpage, click on the arrow mark near Photo and click on My Albums.                    
3. Click on the album you want.  
4. Click on Add Videos.  
5. You can choose to upload a video by Selecting a file or by dragging and dropping it in to the box. 
6. Once you have uploaded or video, click on Done. 
7. The video will be uploaded into the album you chose.
