To get support through the SMS/Text channel:
- From the Navigation pane, select Help > Contact Us.
- Scroll down to discover the contact information for our omnichannel support team.
- Click on Text or the SMS Icon. Upon clicking, a new tab will open asking if you want to chat through the app or WhatsApp web. Choose the option you want and start chatting with our agent.
