How to get support on WhatsApp?

We offer multiple support channels to assist you with any issues or queries you may have about MyMahotsav, ensuring you can choose the mode that best suits your needs.


To get support by messaging on the WhatsApp channel:


  1. Open the MyMahotsav website.
  2. On the navigation pane, click on Help > Contact Us.  
  3. Scroll down to find the contact information for our omnichannel support team. 
  4. Click on WhatsApp or the WhatsApp Icon. Upon clicking, a new tab will open asking if you want to chat through the app or WhatsApp web. Choose the option you want and start chatting with our agent.
