Using the chat channel to get support on MyMahotsav.

If you need any support, you can click on the chat channel to directly chat with one of our support agents.

  1. The chat channel is located on the bottom right-hand side of all MyMahotsav webpages.  
  2. Click on the chat channel, and enter you Title, Name, email id and phone Number.
  3. Once entered you will get a list. Choose the topics you need support with.                                                                               
  4. Once you choose, you can send a message. If any agent is available at that moment, they will reply and will support you.
