Get support through The Help widget

If you have any general queries about MyMahotsav, the help located on the lower right-hand side of the website can assist you.

To get Help:

1. Open MyMahotsav webpage(https://mymahotsav.com/).
2. You can access the help button on the bottom right corner of any of the webpages of MyMahotsav.
3. Click on the Help widget. 
4. The help widget will suggest you articles related to the page you are currently at. 
5. You can also type the keywords or the query you have in the Search Box. It'll check and suggest you related articles.  
6. If your query has no suggested articles, click on 'Contact Us' where you can drop your contact details and give a  brief description of the query or you can send a message in the Chat box and one of our agents will reach out to you. 

NOTE: The Help widget is located in the same spot on every page of the MyMahotsav website.
