How to update the password of your support account?

Changing your password now and then ensures that your account remains safe and secure from potential threats. 

You can also reset your password if you forgot your password.


Changing your password:

  1. Log into your support portal via https://support.mymahotsav.com/support/home. 
  2. Click on your profile picture on top right-hand corner and from the dropdown menu, click on My Profile.   
  3. Once redirected to your profile, click on Change Password.           
  4.  Enter your current password and the password you want to change to, then click on Save.   
  5. You will be logged out. You will also receive an e-mail on your registered e-mail ID that your password has been reset.
