On MyMahotsav, we provide vendors with the option to directly receive support tickets for their products. If you're a customer and need assistance, you can easily raise a ticket for prompt resolution.
Note: You can only raise a support ticket to the vendor if they have enabled the button from their end.

To raise a support ticket:
- Sign into your MyMahotsav account (https://mymahotsav.com/).You'll be navigated directly to your Social dashboard.
From the Vendors Directory
- From the navigation pane, select Marketplace > Awesome Vendors.
- Here you can see all the Vendors of MyMahotsav.
- Search for the Vendor you want to raise a ticket for and then click on the vendor name to open their profile.
- Scroll down the vendor's profile. There are two places where you can access the Get Vendor Support button. Note: The text for the 'Get Vendor Support' button may vary if the vendor's name has changed, but the button's placement will remain consistent.
- Enter a subject and Message, then click on Submit.
While browsing the online store
- From the navigation pane, select Marketplace > Online Shop.
- Choose the product you want support from the seller.
- Scroll down the product's page and click on Vendor Info.
- Click on Get Vendor Support. Note: The text for the 'Get Vendor Support' button may vary if the vendor's name has changed, but the button's placement will remain consistent.
- Enter a subject and Message, then click on Submit.
