How to raise a support ticket for a vendor's product?

On MyMahotsav, we provide vendors with the option to directly receive support tickets for their products. If you're a customer and need assistance, you can easily raise a ticket for prompt resolution.



Note: You can only raise a support ticket to the vendor if they have enabled the button from their end.

To raise a support ticket:


  1. Sign into your MyMahotsav account (https://mymahotsav.com/).You'll be navigated directly to your Social dashboard. 


From the Vendors Directory

  1. From the navigation pane, select Marketplace > Awesome Vendors.
       
  2. Here you can see all the Vendors of MyMahotsav.                                                                                                                                                    
  3. Search for the Vendor you want to raise a ticket for and then click on the vendor name to open their profile.
  4. Scroll down the vendor's profile. There are two places where you can access the Get Vendor Support button. Note: The text for the 'Get Vendor Support' button may vary if the vendor's name has changed, but the button's placement will remain consistent. 
  5. Enter a subject and Message, then click on Submit


While browsing the online store

  1. From the navigation pane, select Marketplace > Online Shop.   
  2. Choose the product you want support from the seller. 
  3. Scroll down the product's page and click on Vendor Info. 
  4. Click on Get Vendor Support.  Note: The text for the 'Get Vendor Support' button may vary if the vendor's name has changed, but the button's placement will remain consistent. 
  5. Enter a subject and Message, then click on Submit
