You may want to enable or disable the support option due to limited resources or temporary unavailability. On MyMahotsav we have the option to do the same so that you are not overloaded with support tickets.
To enable/disable support button on your store and products:
Sign into your MyMahotsav account (https://mymahotsav.com/).
Access your vendor dashboard from:
Option 1: On the third row of the member dashboard, click on Vendor Dashboard.
Option 2: The profile dropdown menu, select My Marketplace > Vendor Dashboard.
Option 3: Left hand side of the page, hover over the list scroll down, click on the arrow near My Marketplace and then click on Vendor Dashboard.
On the vendor dashboard, scroll down, click on Settings.
Scroll down and you can check and uncheck the box to enable or disable the support button.
