How to add store timings on MyMahotsav?

Displaying store timings on an online store webpage sets customer expectations, provides support availability, manages order processing, and adds transparency. You can add store timings which will appear on your MyMahotsav stores profile.

To add store timings:

  1. Sign into your MyMahotsav account (

  2. Access your vendor dashboard from:

    • The profile dropdown menu, select My Marketplace Vendor Dashboard.                                                                             

    • Left hand side of the page, hover over the list scroll down, click on the arrow near My Marketplace and then click on Vendor Dashboard.                                                                                                                                       

  3. On the vendor dashboard, scroll down, click on Settings.                                                                                                                                        

  4. Click on the check box near Store Schedule.                                                                                                                                                       

  5. Click on the slider next to the day to change from closed to open or vice versa.                                                                                       

  6. Click on Add Hours if you want to add different hour slots.                                                                                                               

  7.  You can also add a store open and close notice.                                                                                                                       

  8. The store timings appear on your store's profile.
