On MyMahotsav, we need to get verification details from vendors as it is crucial to assure quality, customer trust, compliance, risk mitigation, differentiation, and long-term sustainability.

Note: Except for phone number, the other documents and details are to verified and approved by any of the MyMahotsav's admin.

Accessing the verification page:

1. Sign in to your MyMahotsav account (https://mymahotsav.com/).
2. Access your vendor dashboard from: 

   • Option 1: In the profile dropdown menu, select My Marketplace > Vendor Dashboard.  

   • Option 2: The left-hand side of the page, hover over the list scroll down, click on the arrow near My Marketplace, and then click on Vendor Dashboard.  

   • Option 3: On the member dashboard's 3rd row, click on Vendor Dashboard. 

3. On the vendor dashboard, scroll down, hover over Settings, and select Verification. 

ID Verification:

1. Click on Start Verification. 
2. You can choose any one of the 3 documents to be submitted i.e. Passport, National ID card, or Driving license. Click on Upload Photo. 
3. Once you do that, you can either drag and drop the image or click on Select files to choose from your PC. 
4. Once you select your file, Click on Upload Files in the top left-hand corner and then click on Select. 
5. Click on Submit.

Phone Number Verification:

1. Enter your phone number in the empty field and click on Submit. 
2. You will receive an SMS code to your registered number. Enter the SMS code and your phone number will be verified.

Address Verification:

1. Click on Start Verification. 
2. Please provide the necessary details and then click on Upload Proof to submit your proof of address. Once done, click on Submit.

Company Verification:

1. Click on Start Verification. 
2. Upload any official document for company verification like Certificate of Incorporation. 
3. Click on Submit.
