A banner on an online vendor profile is highly beneficial as it serves as a visual representation of the brand, instantly capturing the attention of potential customers. It creates a cohesive and professional look, enhancing the credibility and trustworthiness of the vendor, ultimately leading to increased engagement and sales.

To upload a Banner photo for your shop

1. Sign into your MyMahotsav account (https://mymahotsav.com/).

2. Access your vendor dashboard from: 

   • The profile dropdown menu, select My Marketplace > Vendor Dashboard.  

   • Left hand side of the page, hover over the list scroll down, click on the arrow near My Marketplace and then click on Vendor Dashboard.  

   • On the member dashboard's 3rd row, click on Vendor Dashboard. 

3. On the vendor dashboard, scroll down, click on Settings. 

4. Click on Upload Banner.   

5. There are three ways to upload your banner photo.

   • By Dropping the image or click on Select Files to upload image from your PC files. After uploading the photo click on Select and Crop on the lower right corner. 

   • Choose a photo from your MyMahotsav media library and click on Select and Crop on the lower right corner.                                           

   • Instant images - You can browse and search for images as you wish. After choosing an image, click on Select and Crop on the lower right corner.                                           

6. After selecting your picture, crop and adjust it to your desired size and position. Once satisfied, proceed to click on Crop Image on the lower right corner.

   
   

Done! Now the photo will appear as a banner when members are checking out 

To Upload a profile photo

1. Sign into your MyMahotsav account (https://mymahotsav.com/).

2. Access your vendor dashboard from: 

   • The profile dropdown menu, select My Marketplace > Vendor Dashboard.  

   • Left hand side of the page, hover over the list scroll down, click on the arrow near My Marketplace and then click on Vendor Dashboard.  

   • On the member dashboard's 3rd row, click on Vendor Dashboard. 

3. On the vendor dashboard, scroll down, click on Settings. 

4. Click on Upload Photo next to Profile picture.  

5. There are three ways to upload your banner photo.

   • By Dropping the image or click on Select Files to upload image from your PC files. After uploading the photo click on Select and Crop on the lower right corner. 

   • Choose a photo from your MyMahotsav media library and click on Select and Crop on the lower right corner.                                           

   • Instant images - You can browse and search for images as you wish. After choosing an image, click on Select and Crop on the lower right corner.                                           

6. After selecting your picture, crop and adjust it to your desired size and position. Once satisfied, proceed to click on Crop Image on the lower right corner.

   

Final look of your store

1. Once you upload both profile picture and banner photo, this will appear on your stores profile in the vendor directory. The vendor directory is accessible from the navigation pane. Click on Marketplace > Awesome Vendor. 
2. Search for your store and click on the name of the store or the arrow near follow. 
3. You can see the profile and banner photo here. The same will be visible to the users who view your store's profile.
