How to send a message to a member of MyMahotsav?

On MyMahotsav, you have the ability to send messages to people even if you're not friends with them. This allows you to communicate with them and add them as a friend later if you choose to do so.

To send a message to a member:

1. Sign into your MyMahotsav account (https://mymahotsav.com/).
2. From the Navigation pane, select Social > Members.                                                                                                                                                                        
3. You can scroll or use the filter option to find the member.                                                                                                                                                        
4. Click on the mail icon next to the member you want to message.                                                                                                    
   
5. This feature automatically enters the member's name in the To field, enabling it to easily draft and send a message.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   

   

   
   

   
   

Alternate Method:

1. On the Activity Feed, Groups, Forums and all the listings' pages, there will be a Member Directory.                                                         
2. You can click on See All to open up the page which shows all the Members of MyMahotsav.
3. Click on the Member's name to open up their profile page. Click on the Three dots > Send Message.                                                                      
4. This feature automatically enters the member's name in the To field, enabling it to easily draft and send a message.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           

    

5. Once you send, the member will receive you message and you can start chatting with them.
