How to create and submit a new support ticket on MyMahotsav?

MyMahotsav has an omnichannel support. One of the channels for support is through tickets. To raise a support ticket, you need to create an account on our Support Portal.

How to submit a support ticket?

  1. Go to https://mymahotsav.com/. 
  2. Navigate to Help > Support Portal.                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
  3. Sign into your Support Portal account. If you don't have an account, click on Sign Up.                                                        
  4. Once logged in, Click on Submit a ticket                                                                                                                                                  
  5. Proceed to complete the form, and ensure the subject and details are complete. You also have the option to attach a photo, video or file for our support team to view. 
  6. Using the drop-down options below the Type and Priority field, you can categorize and prioritize your ticket.  
  7. Once all fields have been completed you can then go ahead and select Submit.



How to add someone in the CC list while creating the support ticket?


  • Click on Add CC under your email address. 
  •  In the new field, enter the email address of the person you want to add in CC. 



How to add an image in the support ticket?

  • You add an image in the description if you want. Just click on the image icon. 
  •  You can either drop the image you want to add or click on the box to select a file to upload the image into the description box. 
  •  You also have the option to add a link of a photo or video you want to add from here. Click on the link icon. 

How to add an attachment along with the support ticket?

  • You can add attachments to the ticket. Click on Attachment below the description and select the file to attach.


How to add a public URL in the support ticket?


  • Click on the link icon. 
  • Enter the URL and the text to be shown for the URL link and then click on Insert.




Useful info:

  • Once our support team have replied to your ticket, you will receive an email to notify you.
  • If you feel your ticket has been resolved, you do have the option to close the ticket yourself and you can always re-open it at a later date if needs be.
