I didn't receive my mobile OTP code when registering?

When creating a MyMahotsav account, you will be asked to enter your mobile number which will generate an OTP (one time password) to your mobile phone. This step is required for the platform to verify your mobile number. 

The OTP usually arrives instantly, however please wait up to 10 minutes to receive as delivery of the message may be impacted by different factors for example signal. 

After waiting 10 minutes, if your OTP is still yet to be received please try the following steps:

  1. Double check your mobile number you have entered.
  2. Select 'Resend' OTP.
  3. If you are still having issues, please get in contact with our support team either via email: support@mymahotsav.com or through your solutions portal.
